What is the process of shifting RO?

Relocating? Moving your RO is easy with Livpure Smart! Simply visit the Livpure Smart app to begin the process. Share your new address and choose between Self Pick-up or Company Pick-up.

Self Pick-up (₹0)

If you’re moving within the same city or can carry the unit yourself, this is the best option. Our technician will dismantle the RO at your current location, making it easy to transport. Once you reach your new address, schedule a free re-installation through the app.

Company Pick-up (₹1000)

Our team will dismantle, transport, and reinstall your RO for a hassle-free move. We’ll pick up the unit from your old address and deliver it to your new one (if serviceable). Once delivered, our technician will install the RO at your new location.

Processing Time: The entire relocation process usually takes 7 business days.
