Can I take the machine to my place or someone will come from Livpure?
Yes, you can choose to transport the machine yourself. Once you raise a relocation request, you’ll have the option to select between company pickup or self-transport. If you decide to transport it yourself, our technician will visit your current location to dismantle the RO machine, and our installation team will set it up at your new place. It’s important to inform us in advance so we can coordinate the process smoothly. Additionally, we urge you to handle it carefully to avoid any damage during transit.
