importance of the TDS level for drinking water. TDS or Total Dissolved Solids are basically the

Is low TDS water harmful to the human body?
Low levels of TDS in drinking water are generally not considered harmful for consumption by the human body. Because low TDS water does not contain excess quantities of inorganic compounds like salts, metals, minerals, ions etc., which are unsafe for human consumption.
As per the recommendations of World Health Organization (WHO), the ideal levels of TDS in drinking water can be up to 300 ppm. Beyond this limit, the water will become less palatable and bitter in taste.
