Will I get a refund if I cancel the subscription and the validity/water left in my account?
We recommend our customers to submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before their upcoming recharge due date for a seamless process. Please note that if you cancel within the first 3 months of installation, the recharge and deposit amounts are non-refundable. However, if you cancel after this initial period, your security deposit will be refunded upon the quality check of the returned machine. Cancellation is not entertained during the relocation process, you can either raise it before or after.
