What is the TAT to get a refund?
In case of refund, we process the same within 24-48 hours, however, it takes a maximum of 5-7 business days to reflect on the original payment source.
What are the various payment modes available on your platform?
We accept all major Visa and Master Credit and Debit Cards. You can always choose to pay through UPI (Google Pay / Paytm) or Net Banking services. Furthermore, there are options available for the customers to pay through different wallets like Phone pay, Amazon pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, and Jio Money.
What is the procedure to recharge my monthly subscription?
You can easily: recharge your Livpure Smart RO subscription using either the Livpure Smart App or the website www.livpuresmart.com.Choose duration depending on how long you want the subscription to last. Just remember, it's a good idea to recharge at least 3 days before your due date for uninterrupted water flow. Follow these steps to recharge:
- Log in to the Livpure Smart app/website using your registered mobile number.
- On the dashboard, click Renew/Change Plan.
- Choose your plan – renew the current one or switch to a different one.
- Pay securely with Razorpay through netbanking, UPI, Wallets etc.
- Sync your RO machine and app for uninterrupted water flow (watch sync video if needed).
- You're all set! Your Livpure Smart RO subscription has been renewed and machine status is updated. >

Can I make payment via Cheque?
For now we do not accept cheques as a mode of payment however we accept all major Visa and Master Credit and Debit Cards. You can always choose to pay through UPI (Google Pay / Paytm) or Net Banking services. Furthermore, there are options available for the customers to pay through different wallets like Phone pay, Amazon pay, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, and Jio Money.
Can I make payment via cash?
We care about our customers and considering the covid situations we do not encourage cash payments. Online payments are less time-consuming, user-friendly, and ensure no contact while payment.
In which account will I get my security amount?
The security amount will be refunded to the same payment source through which you’ve paid initially. In case the same mode of payment is not available/blocked/closed, customers may write us at care@livpuresmart.com along with new payment source details.
Will I get any payment confirmation?
Yes, customers will receive payment confirmation messages on the registered number once the payment is received successfully.
Is it necessary to deposit a security amount?
We offer state-of-the-art machines with a sleek design, featuring an advanced 6-stage water purification system. These machines typically retail for 15-25K INR in the market. With our subscription, we provide delivery, installation, and full maintenance support throughout your subscription period. To ensure our services run smoothly, a minimal security deposit is required, which is 100% refundable when you choose to discontinue the services after 3 months or more of use.
How much is the security amount?
The security amount varies as per the model/machine you choose to opt for. It will be around Rs.1499 - Rs.3999. Please refer to the website and check the plan details for further information.
Will I get the complete security amount or will there be any deduction?
In an ideal situation, there will be no deduction in the security deposit, and the entire deposit amount gets refunded. However, provided there is no external/internal damage to the machine.
What happens if I will not pay for my monthly rental plan?
Our subscription plan works like any other monthly rental plan. Every month it is mandatory to pay the rent to keep the machine active, even if you are not using the RO machine since the machine is available at your premise for ready to use.
Will I get a refund if I cancel the subscription and the validity/water left in my account?
We recommend our customers to submit a cancellation request at least 7 days before their upcoming recharge due date for a seamless process. Please note that if you cancel within the first 3 months of installation, the recharge and deposit amounts are non-refundable. However, if you cancel after this initial period, your security deposit will be refunded upon the quality check of the returned machine.
