Our subscription plan works like any other monthly rental plan. Every month it is mandatory to pay the rent to keep the machine active, even if you are not using the RO machine since the machine is available at your premise for ready to use.

Will I get a refund if I cancel the subscription and the validity/water left in my account?

If I request cancellation after relocating, will the 'company pick-up' charge be refunded?
