What is the procedure to recharge my monthly subscription?

You can easily: recharge your Livpure Smart RO subscription using either the Livpure Smart App or the website www.livpuresmart.com.Choose duration depending on how long you want the subscription to last. Just remember, it's a good idea to recharge at least 3 days before your due date for uninterrupted water flow. Follow these steps to recharge:

  • Log in to the Livpure Smart app/website using your registered mobile number.
  • On the dashboard, click Renew/Change Plan.
  • Choose your plan – renew the current one or switch to a different one.
  • Pay securely with Razorpay through netbanking, UPI, Wallets etc.
  • Sync your RO machine and app for uninterrupted water flow (watch sync video if needed).
  • You're all set! Your Livpure Smart RO subscription has been renewed and machine status is updated. >
  • Contact Livpure support if you need assistance.
