Each item is made and assembled in a sterile environment before being thoroughly checked in our quality control lab.
What are the eligibility criteria to avail the services?
In order to avail Livpure Smart Subscription services, your installation address should be within our serviceable area. You are required to provide government-approved ID proof and address proof to get the service.

You can avail Livpure Smart Services in various cities like Ahmedabad, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mohali, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, and Panchkula. How often do I need to sync my app?
It is required to sync the machine at least once every 24 hours. It is to ensure that the information regarding your water usage gets updated in the app for you to track and check daily. It is absolutely necessary to update after every recharge. In case you face any challenges doing the same, request you to follow the steps below:
- Log out & Login of the Livpure Smart app and further update it if required.
- Switch off your RO and wait for 2-3 minutes and further switch it on.
- Switch on your live location, Wi-fi/ Bluetooth and sync.
- Log in and select your machine.
- Enable Bluetooth and allow permission.
- Click on settings to configure.
- It takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes to reconnect.
What do you mean by 7-day free trial?
We offer a 7-day risk-free, no-cost cancellation policy, which states that if you are dissatisfied with the Livpure Smart water purifier services and cancel the subscription within first 7 days,the entire amount, including the security deposit and monthly rental, is refunded. If you continue, your plan starts from the date of installation.
