What is the TAT for installation?

All our machines are expected to be delivered within 24-48 hours of EKYC and placing the order. Once the machine is delivered, the installation will be completed within 24-48 hours.

Do I need to pay anything for installation/Service?

No, you do not need to pay any additional amount for installation and service.

Will the delivery and installation be done at the same time?

No. The expected delivery of the product is within 24-48 hours of placing the order and successful EKYC. Once the machine is delivered, the installation will be completed within 24-48 hours.

After how much time of delivery, will the installation be done?

Once the water purifier is delivered to the customer, the installation will be completed within 24-48 hours.

What if I get the damaged product at the time of delivery?

In case a customer receives a damaged product at the time of the delivery, the product shall be replaced.

Is there any charge for service, installation, or relocation?

All of our RO maintenance services are absolutely free of charge during the subscription period. You do not need to pay any additional amount for installation and relocation, as the kit available is equipped with all the things required.

What is included in the installation kit?

The installation kit is delivered along with the RO machine. It is equipped with all the things required for installation like-
