How do I cancel my subscription?

A customer can cancel the subscription in 3 ways:

1.Request on the App - Using the Livpure Smart App, ‘Raise a request’ and following that choose ‘Cancel Subscription’.

2.Call to cancel - Call our customer care service at 8800762226 to cancel your subscription.

3.Write to us- Write to us at care@livpuresmart.com for any support related to services.

What happens when I cancel the subscription before it expires?

If you cancel the subscription in between the month, you will only receive the security deposit amount. We request you to raise the cancellation request, at least 7 days before the next recharge due.

What happens when I cancel the subscription before the free trial ends?

In case a customer decides to cancel the subscription before the free trial ends, the plan value and security deposit will be returned to the source account(Terms and conditions applied).

When will I get my security deposit back after canceling the subscription?

Once the customer cancels the subscription, our team will recover the machine. After the product clears the Q.C process, the security deposit amount will be refunded, amount gets credited to your bank/credit card account within 7 business days.

What if there is a fault in the machine after purchase?

If you received a damaged/non working product at the time of the delivery, then the product will be replaced by the company.
